Partnerships that turn integrations into revenue

I'm a technology partnerships and product strategy leader who has spent the last decade building partner programs in the mobile, subscription, and XR ecosystems. As Chief Strategy Officer at Odders Lab, I own platform relationships, funding negotiations, and commercial execution securing +$5M in platform and project funding and leading 25+ partnerships across IP holders, hardware platforms, SDK owners, and distribution partners.

I'm commercially driven and technically fluent: I can read an API, contribute to technical documentation, scope features with partner engineering teams, and influence a product roadmap, then negotiate the revenue-share and co-marketing terms that make a partnership mutually valuable. I work async across US, Europe, and APAC time zones, with Notion as my source of truth.

Outside of deals, I'm into public speaking, fitness, and biohacking and I build and ship my own apps with tools like Lovable, Supabase and Claude Code to stay close to how modern mobile products are made and monetized.

Built the Les Mills VR partnership from cold outreach to a category leader

Initiated and owned the Les Mills relationship end-to-end, structuring a no-upfront revenue-share model for LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT, then scaled it into one of VR fitness's top apps.

  • Worked on mobile monetization through subscriptions, ad-free plans, battle passes, in-app purchases, pricing tests, and discounts.
